Emprise Bank has announced that the election of Matthew Michaelis as the chairman. Matt Michaelis succeeds his father, M. D. Michaelis, as Chairman. Mike Michaelis was elected as Vice-Chairman of Emprise Bank and will continue to remain active at the bank, including serving on the Board of Directors. Mike Michaelis will also continue in his role as President and CEO of Emprise Financial Corporation. Matt Michaelis joined Emprise Bank in 2002 as an Advisory Director. He moved back to Wichita in 2013 and was elected as Vice-Chairman of Emprise Bank in January 2016. Most recently, he founded and managed Perla Capital Partners in New York.

Emprise Bank Promotes Jim Faith Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking

Jim Faith has been promoted to executive vice president of commercial banking at Emprise Bank. In his expanded role, Faith is now the commercial banking manager for all of the Emprise Bank operations across Kansas. He also now oversees the organization's treasury management function. Combined, Faith oversees 14 commercial bankers and about an equal number of administrative personnel. Faith joined Emprise in 2013 as its senior vice president and Wichita commercial manager.
