Cambia Health Solutions Announces Executive Changes

Cambia Health Solutions announced the election of Michael Koppel as new Chairman of the Board of Directors, and the appointment of three new board members: Susanna Fox, Tim Morgan and Jim Reynolds. Michael has served on the Cambia board since 2009 and succeeds Mack Hogans, who has retired after serving since 2002. Most recently, Michael was the executive vice president and chief financial officer for Nordstrom, Inc. Susannah Fox most recently served as chief technology officer for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), where she created opportunities for entrepreneurship across the HHS workforce. Tim Morgan leads AAA Oregon/Idaho as president and chief executive officer, spearheading a services/products company attuned to the needs of an evolving and sizable membership. As Vice President of Policy and Political Strategy, Julie Barnes will lead Cambia’s policy development efforts from her Washington, D.C. office. A well-known bipartisan health policy advisor, Julie has advanced Cambia’s legislative and regulatory efforts to promote Cambia’s mission to transform health care since 2014.
