Feb 9 17
Lagardère Sports and Entertainment announced revenue results for the fourth quarter and full year 2016. For the quarter, revenue was €170 million against €156 million a year ago. The difference between these two figures is essentially due to the disposal of the endurance division and merchandising activities in Germany, partly offset by acquisition of a consulting business in the United States (Rooftop2 Productions).
For the full year, revenue was €517 million against €515 million a year ago. The difference between these two figures is due to a negative foreign exchange effect (negative €4.3 million), primarily linked to the depreciation of the pound sterling.
