Unify Square Extends Lineup of Skype for Business (SfB)

Unify Square announced its newly extended lineup of Skype for Business (SfB) cloud and hybrid services to help enterprises transition from on premise, to hybrid or full cloud deployments. The services are headlined by its new PowerAssurance™ Special Edition, which is fully aligned with the new Microsoft Skype Operations Framework (SOF), and will be available in conjunction with Unify Square's existing software and services. This launch helps further Microsoft's goal of facilitating hybrid and cloud migrations of SfB among large enterprises, and accompanies related news from Unify Square, announcing new Cloud PBX support and integration capabilities in its PowerSuite™ operations software product for SfB. Unify Square is one of the first Microsoft partners to create comprehensive cloud solutions that help enterprises plan, deploy and run Skype for Business Online. The company's cloud managed services offering, PowerAssurance, is one of the only pure-play SfB managed services available to customers today. The services bundle provides 24x7 SfB expert IT staff to support, monitor and operate on premise, hybrid and now full cloud deployments. Unify Square Inc. unveiled new solutions and enhancements to its integrated Skype for Business (SfB) operations software, PowerSuite, available 2016 fall. The new solutions provide additional reporting, analytics and device management capabilities that help IT departments better predict and troubleshoot issues before impacting end-user satisfaction. With this new release, Unify Square becomes the first SfB partner to announce Skype for Business Online monitoring and management support, which underscores the company's commitment to providing a true 'single pane of glass' view into SfB environments. New solutions and enhancements available with PowerSuite, include: Skype for Business Online 'Ready' 'Enhancements to PowerSuite solutions including, Helpdesk, User Satisfaction, Executive Dashboard, Usage & Adoption Dashboard, and Service Health, provide IT with a true single pane of glass SfB operations solution for complex hybrid environments regardless of whether users are homed on premise or in the cloud. Projected availability of these solutions is early 2017. Call Explorer 'A reporting solution allowing IT to search call records and uncover patterns in SfB usage for diagnostic information and metrics. IT can create customized drill down reports that provide details on devices, conferences, voice and video quality, call failures, sharing functionality and more. Insights Center' A centralized hub for IT to view a prioritized list of technical problems requiring attention with clear workflow-oriented actions to resolve issues. The solution uses proprietary algorithms to highlight and surface the most critical systemic issues and actions of which IT should be aware. Device Management 'Core capabilities to manage Polycom and Yealink IP Phones within the SfB environment using PowerSuite. IT can install firmware updates remotely for multiple device types as well as configure features by user, department, language, speed dials, and more.
