Company Overview of UltraSoC Technologies Ltd.
UltraSoC Technologies Ltd. provides semiconductor intellectual property (IP) for system monitoring, analysis, and optimization. The company’s IP provides an independent system-level architecture that enables non-intrusive and wire-speed monitoring of the internal behavior of a System-on-Chip (SoC); and accelerates and de-risks development by giving engineers an understanding of complex interactions between on-chip sub-systems, buses, and software. It also offers a toolkit of various modules ranging from dedicated and optimized IP to parametrized modules, which are configurable at design-time and run-time; and tools and software that enable IP configuration, debug, and analytics. Its modules ...

UltraSoC Delivers Solution for ARM's AMBA 5 Chi Issue B Coherency Architecture
Aug 2 17
UltraSoC announced AMBA 5 Coherent Hub Interface (CHI) Issue B. UltraSoC is the only monitoring and debug product capable of addressing the needs of designers using CHI Issue B, which is ARM's most advanced bus specification for complex system-on-chip (SoC) designs. Delivered as semiconductor IP, UltraSoC's monitoring and debug solution enables reliable testing and problem solving of next-generation cache-coherent SoC designs based on the CHI Issue B specification, enabling customers to benefit from CHI Issue B's enhancements to security, data throughput and latency. Tackling coherency is of growing importance to designers of complex systems: UltraSoC has been selected to present on the topic at this year's ARM TechCon. Support for CHI Issue B continues UltraSoC's approach of offering system-level monitoring and debug solutions with capabilities far beyond those offered within vendor-specific systems such as ARM's CoreSight. Designers can use UltraSoC as an 'overlay' to access features not provided in their traditional debug system; or can opt to completely replace those systems with UltraSoC. This holistic approach to debug is particularly useful in multi-core designs: UltraSoC provides support for all common proprietary CPU architectures, as well as open-source processor platforms such as RISC-V.
