AppNeta Partners with Fuze to Deliver Service Assurance to Enterprise Customers at Scale
Mar 27 18
AppNeta announced a new partnership with Fuze. The new offer, powered by AppNeta, enables Fuze to proactively provide access to actionable insights into the end-user experience and underlying network performance from thousands of customer locations to the Fuze service origination points. By automatically instrumenting the end-to-end network, the new offer empowers Fuze customers to proactively understand the capabilities of their network and instantly realize the root cause of any service-impacting impairments, regardless if they originate from the customer's own network or a third-party network that connects the customer to the Fuze service. This new offering is a cloud-based service, so all of the performance metrics and resulting second-order analytics are stored and actionable for up to one year enabling customers to drive both short-term operational efficiencies and long-term business decisions.
AppNeta's patented approach uses both active and passive measurement techniques to gauge multiple dimensions of performance insight that covers layers 2 through 7 of the network, continuously monitored from the customer's actual business locations. AppNeta's technology uniquely understands, alerts and reports on the critical operational mix of network delivery, end-user experience and application usage, while offering one-minute granularity with up to 365 days of historical data. The Fuze platform with AppNeta's real-time network monitoring service is available now through Fuze sales and select channel partners.
Fuze Partners with AppNeta to Offer Real-Time Network Monitoring
Mar 7 18
Fuze announced a partnership with AppNeta. The two companies have joined forces to deliver a new Real-Time Network Monitoring service that gives Fuze customers real-time visibility into network performance and the ability to resolve issues before they affect the quality of communications. The new service provides a valuable tool in today’s collaborative work culture. The number of high-bandwidth phone calls, emails, messaging, and video-conferencing transmissions that flow daily through unified communications as a service (UCaaS) platforms require robust network performance. As companies more aggressively move toward over the top connectivity (OTT), real-time network monitoring for the distributed and cloud-connected digital enterprise becomes critical in meeting communications requirements. The Fuze-AppNeta partnership brings visibility to UCaaS performance issues that, up until now, have remained hidden. When a network problem surfaces, it’s often unclear where the fault lies because traditional network monitoring tools lack visibility outside of the enterprise network. The Fuze Real-Time Network Monitoring solution proactively monitors performance with 60 second granularity and automatically runs diagnostics when issues are found and creates a common, collaborative space for Fuze and the customer to quickly fix the problem before it impacts service. The monitoring capability identifies issues that degrade connections no matter where they originate––such as handshake issues between connectivity providers, faulty link connections, a slip in WiFi connectivity, staff-initiated changes in network routing functions, or any other cause. It is wired to send real-time proactive alerts to any office, tool, or connection affected. If the issue doesn’t immediately resolve, it diagnoses where the breakdown is, eliminating hours of troubleshooting and reducing the time for root cause analysis. Having piloted the solution over the past year with beta customers, Fuze has gathered positive feedback for its Real-Time Network Monitoring capabilities.
