Rollstone Bank & Trust Announces Management Promotions

Rollstone Bank & Trust has announced six promotions in several areas of the bank. Christopher Seidlich joins the senior management team in his new role as senior vice president, chief financial officer, where he will oversee the bank's finances and investments. Seidlich has been with the bank for nine years, starting as a financial analyst. Sandra Basler, promoted to treasurer and chief accounting officer, is a 40-year RBT employee. Basler's continued focus will be in financial reporting and budgeting, and her extensive background in accounting will continue to benefit the bank. Amy Bonilla was named senior vice president of Human Resources, the department she has worked in since 1999. As Human Resources officer, Bonilla is actively involved in many aspects of the hiring process, employee benefits, and payroll administration. She is on the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce HR Committee. Kathleen Faur has been promoted to assistant vice president/branch manager, heading the team at the Townsend office. She has held a number of positions in the Retail department since joining RBT in 1997, and first became manager in 2012. In addition to running the branch, Faur oversees safe deposit box training for the Retail department. Melissa Kuehl was named marketing officer. She started in the Bank's Retail department in 1988 before transferring to the Marketing department. Her roles in marketing have expanded over the years, and she currently oversees market research, customer communications, management of the bank's website, product launches, and development of marketing programs and campaigns. She volunteers with the Phillipston Girl Scouts and serves on the Scholarship Committee for the North Central Mass. Chamber of Commerce. Peter St. George, of the bank's Wealth Management division, has been promoted to relationship adviser. In this new role, he will assist in Trust and Estate engagements and specialize in insurance-related products, as well as continuing to service his existing accounts. St. George, who attended UMass Lowell, is designated as a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF), holds life and health licenses in five states, and has earned his Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses.
Rollstone Bank & Trust Names Arthur Feehan as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Rollstone Bank & Trust named Arthur Feehan as executive vice president and chief operating officer and will assist in a leadership transition with the anticipated retirement of Executive Vice President Linda Racine. In his new role, Feehan assumes immediate responsibility for the operations and Information Technology departments of the Bank. As part of the transition, he will also take on the Branch Network, Marketing and Facilities departments over the next few months. Feehan has previous experience as senior IT consultant to State Street Bank and executive director at JP Morgan Chase Bank, with expertise in electronic banking, data management, information systems integration, product development and compliance.

Roberta "Bobbie" Parker has been named senior vice president of Retail Lending at Rollstone Bank & Trust as the bank also announced two other promotions. Parker joined RBT in 2004 and has held a number of roles in the lending division, including credit analyst, commercial loan officer and mortgage officer. Parker is a member of the board of directors at Montachusett Opportunity Council, having previously served on the executive committee, and has spent the past 16 years volunteering with the United Way. She is also a current member of the North Central MA CRA Coalition. RBT also recently promoted Katherine Dearborn to vice president and Theresa Basque to assistant vice president. They will oversee the Deposit Operations Department, which handles functions critical to the bank's operation, manages the electronic banking channels, and provides customer service in a range of areas. Dearborn began her career with the Bank 42 years ago as a part-time clerk while she was a freshman in high school. She has held positions in the Retail and Technology departments of the bank, and was named e-banking manager when that department was formed in 2003. Basque has been with the bank for 27 years, starting as a teller and moving her way up through the Retail Division to branch manager. In 2000, Teri transitioned to the Operations Department to focus on areas such as IRA administration and deposit compliance.
