Company Overview of Crow Family Holdings

Crow Holdings Industrial announced that Matt Kurucz has joined the firm as Managing Director and will lead a new office based in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Kurucz joins CHI from The Opus Group, where he served as Director of Real Estate Development, and was responsible for the leasing and development of more than 3.7 million square feet of industrial product in the Chicago market. Prior to Opus, Matt worked as a Development Manager at IDI Inc. (now IDI Logistics) where he was responsible for sourcing and executing on new industrial development opportunities in multiple submarkets.

Crow Holdings announced that Michael Levy has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Levy succeeds Harlan Crow. Mr. Levy joined the company's senior leadership team in 2016 after serving as COO for Morgan Stanley Investment Management. He previously held positions at Morgan Stanley including Head of Traditional Asset Management, COO and CFO of Real Estate Investing and Co-Head of U.S. Real Estate Investment Banking. As part of this transition and Crow Holdings' long-term strategic vision and succession planning, Mr. Crow will continue as Chairman of the Board. In addition, Anne Raymond has been appointed to the Company's Board, transitioning from her current roles as President of Crow Holdings Capital and Managing Director of Crow Family Holdings. Both Mr. Crow and Ms. Raymond will continue to provide overall leadership and strategic focus to the Company.

Crow Holdings announced that Michael Levy, previously COO of Morgan Stanley Investment Management, will be joining the Firm's senior leadership team. Mr. Levy, 50, will assume his new position at the Firm's Dallas Headquarters on November 7, 2016. In this capacity, Michael will work closely with the leadership teams, including Anne Raymond, Ken Valach, Bob McClain, Mike Silverman and Kirk Rimer, on business development, investment strategy and broader initiatives.
