SPi CRM Opens Second Facility in North America

SPi CRM unveiled its new Coeur d’Alene, Idaho (CDA, ID) customer service center where agents will provide support to DISH Network subscribers. The ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrates the launch of SPi CRM’s second location in North America representing an initial investment worth over $3 million. With the first wave of 150 agents already supporting DISH, hiring is still ongoing for more than a hundred positions until yearend. This will further be expanded by an additional 300 seats to be filled in by next year, reaching a total headcount of over 550 in 2018.

SPi CRM Completes Expansion of its Contact Center in Madison, Wisconsin

SPi CRM announced that it has completed the expansion of its contact center in Madison, Wisconsin. The fully remodeled 24,000 square-foot facility will allow the growing organization to add 200 new jobs bringing its total employee count to 350 by June 2017.
