Ebates announced that Amit Patel, current GM of Ebates, has been selected as the new CEO. In addition, Adrienne Down Coulson, current GM of Ebates Canada, will become the company’s COO. Patel will succeed Kevin Johnson, who will remain on the board of Ebates. Patel and Coulson will assume their new roles on June 1st. Amit Patel has extensive experience in online digital marketing and has lead the Ebates team responsible for the company's overall product strategy, third party integration and retention marketing. Prior to joining Ebates in May 2010, Patel was responsible for product development, positioning and packaging at Acxiom. Patel earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computing and Management from Loughborough University of Technology in the UK.
