The James Campbell Co. Announces Executive Changes

The James Campbell Co. announced that Richard Dahl, president and CEO of the company, is retiring at the end of the year 2016, after leading the company for about six years, and will be replaced by Timothy Brauer, the Kapolei-based company's executive vice president, real estate investments. Dahl, who joined the company in 2010, will remain as a director on the company's board of directors and the non-executive chairman of the board. Brauer will become the president and CEO of one of the company on January 1, 2017, after spending more than two decades with the company. Before rejoining the company in 2012, he was a managing director of CBRE Inc. in Milwaukee and Chicago. Dahl, the former president and chief operating officer of Bank of Hawaii, replaced Steve MacMillan, who had been with the James Campell Co., and the Estate of James Campbell, for nearly three decades. Dahl was with Bank of Hawaii Corp. for more than 20 years, and was president and COO from 1994 to 2002, when he went to the Mainland to become president and COO of Dole Food Co. He also has been a director of Victoria Ward Ltd.
