Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation has opened its new customer happiness centre at Al Mas Tower in the Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) district of Dubai to help serve around 30,000 district cooling users. The company's new branch is spread over a 947 sq ft area, and has five counters to serve customers. The new branch will provide around 200 customers with many services, such as new registrations, issuing final bills and cheque refund, bill payments, and answers to queries.
Empower Connects its District Cooling solutions to The Opus

Empower will offer district cooling solutions to the commercial complex for a total capacity of 3,520 RT, which will result in energy savings of approximately 50% for the development. The Opus is commercial tower in the Business Bay district of Dubai designed by the late architect Zaha Hadid.

Empower will provide its services to finished and under construction projects in Al Jaddaf area. The company is keen to provide residents of Jaddaf area with the latest district cooling technologies, which will help reduce energy consumption and provide more efficient and eco-friendly cooling services for their developments. Dubai's Al Jaddaf area is bordered to the north and east by the Dubai Creek, to the south by Zabeel, and to the west by Umm Hurair 2.
