The partnership simplifies the ordering process for DME/HME dealers by allowing them to place GEMCO orders directly from the Brightree Integrated ePurchasing platform. This streamlined process allows providers to reduce costs and increase revenue with no additional charge for integration. GEMCO Medical customers will now be able to receive the quality product offerings of GEMCO with the seamless electronic ordering power of the Brightree Integrated ePurchasing system. VGM & Associates Extends Its Membership Agreement with Brightree

Brightree announced that it has extended its membership agreement with VGM & Associates, a member service organization for community based home medical equipment (HME) providers, through 2020. The agreement ensures VGM-member HMEs will continue saving money through discounted access to Brightree's core software solutions. VGM and Brightree have partnered since 2008, offering services and support to enable HMEs to better serve patients in an ever-changing business landscape. The new agreement will not affect the existing terms and conditions of VGM members contract for Brightree services.
Brightree Announces the Release of Lockbox

Brightree announced the release of Lockbox, an automated patient-pay service that helps home medical equipment providers (HMEs) receive funds faster, improve their cash flow, shorten their revenue cycle and save hours in staff time. Lockbox provides an automated, high-speed document scanning process that replaces many of the manual steps that burden HME accounts receivable. With this process, Lockbox posts all bank funds and documents online, and applies the funds to the HME’s accounts receivable in Brightree. Brightree’s Lockbox service will be at shown at Medtrade on October 24-25, 2017.
