Sukhinder Singh Cassidy will become the president of StubHub starting May 2. Singh Cassidy brings decades of leadership and technology experience as a founder and CEO spanning ecommerce, digital content and business development. She has a successful track record scaling and growing businesses internationally. She will report to eBay Inc. CEO Devin Wenig and become a member of eBay's executive leadership team. Singh Cassidy succeeds Scott Cutler at StubHub, who recently became SVP and head of eBay's Americas business unit. Most recently, Singh Cassidy founded theBoardlist, a benefit corporation and premium talent marketplace for boards, started in the technology industry. She also founded Joyus, the first video commerce marketplace online, was CEO of Polyvore, the leading fashion and lifestyle platform and was previously the Founder & SVP of business development at leading fintech platform Yodlee. Singh Cassidy has also held senior leadership positions at Google, including President of Google's Asia Pacific and Latin America business for more than five years and started her career at Amazon and Merrill Lynch. She sits on the board of directors of Urban Outfitters and will remain Chairman of theBoardlist. Singh Cassidy will be based in StubHub'sSan Francisco headquarters.
StubHub Announces Partnership with Roundabout Theatre Company

StubHub, announced a first-of-its-kind partnership with Roundabout Theatre company to provide access to RTC's diverse theatrical programming in five unique New York venues, to its global audience of users. StubHub will provide Roundabout Theatre company with its vast multi-channel distribution network offering a fully-integrated platform to allow for seamless ticket buying and serve as RTC's premier secondary ticketing partner. In addition, StubHub will continue to work with Roundabout's family of artists on special programming and events in its Times Square Black Box space. This commitment is supported by StubHub's new strategic partnership and future integration with Tessitura Network and their network of premiere not-for-profit arts and cultural institutions. StubHub and RTC will collaborate to offer programming in its intimate Times Square Black Box space, a 55-seat Studio Theatre for small performances and readings, as well as shared events at StubHub's Times Square storefront location, including industry gatherings like RTC's recent Women in Theatre symposium, bringing together leaders in the performing arts for a thought-provoking discussion addressing inequities in the theatre industry and inclusive pathways to creative leadership roles for next-generation artists.
StubHub Partners with the NFL Players Association to Equip Athletes in the Next Phase of Their Careers

StubHub teamed up with the NFL Players Association (NFLPA) to empower current and former players to realize their career goals after life on the field. As part of the NFLPA's Externship program, Quincy Enunwa of the New York Jets, Ben Koyack of the Jacksonville Jaguars, and recent Super Bowl champion Josh Andrews of the Minnesota Vikings (formerly of the Philadelphia Eagles) will participate in a three-week immersive business experience program at StubHub's headquarters in San Francisco. In addition to and separate from the NFLPA's Externship program, StubHub announced they will pilot a year-long paid Fellowship program with the NFLPA later this year for transitioning NFL players evaluating their next career moves. In its fifth year, the 2018 NFLPA Externship program  pairs 41 athletes with 20 organizations that best fit participants' interests and career development goals. As part of StubHub's NFLPA Externship program, players will learn what it's like to work in a fast-paced Silicon Valley business environment, tasked with solving a real-life business problem and presenting the solution to StubHub's leadership upon completion of the program. Each player will be assigned a mentor and learn every aspect of StubHub's business, from technology and finance to sitting in on customer service calls to helping fans find the perfect seats and tickets at StubHub's Flagship ticket location in New York City.
