Edupoint Educational Systems, LLC has partnered with Certica Solutions to offer the Navigate Item Bank to client districts using Edupoint's Synergy Assessment solution. The optional Navigate Item Bank can be accessed within the Synergy Assessment interface, enabling educators to quickly and easily create and administer formative assessments to measure student progress against standards and inform classroom instruction. The addition of the Navigate Item Bank expands Edupoint's item bank offerings, providing partner districts with a choice of integrated solutions. The Navigate Item Bank provides Synergy Assessment users with more than 90,000 expertly-developed, standards-aligned items in English Language Arts, math, science, and social studies. Assessment authors can tailor each assessment to specific classroom needs, selecting test questions that closely reflect instructional goals. Assessments are accessed by students through the Synergy StudentVUE portal using a computer or mobile device, and teachers can use Navigate's rich metadata for detailed analysis of student learning to target instruction to students' individual needs. The Navigate Item Bank includes items aligned to learning standards for all 50 states and Washington D.C., as well as the Common Core State Standards and the Next Generation Science Standards. More than 19,000 Spanish-translated items and nearly 400 Spanish-translated reading passages support English language learners. Navigate also includes Progress Checks, which are short, pre-built assessments that enable educators to quickly measure student performance against a specific standard or set of standards.

Edupoint® Educational Systems has been selected by Desert Sands Unified School District to implement Edupoint's Synergy® Student Information System (SIS), replacing eSchoolPLUS™ (now owned by PowerSchool®). The district's Synergy solution includes the fully-integrated Synergy Online Registration and Synergy Assessment modules. Desert Sands Unified School District serves approximately 29,000 students at 34 schools in Southern California's Coachella Valley. Synergy SIS provides the richest feature set in the industry to help school districts manage student data, improve accuracy, simplify and automate processes, and increase productivity. It provides a built-in teacher portal with robust gradebook, exceptional data access for reporting and analysis, and is highly configurable to match the unique needs of individual districts. The Online Registration module enables parents to enter their child's information into the system conveniently from home, and creates a student record only when the student is accepted at a school. The Assessment module provides a platform for creating and managing formative, benchmark, and summative assessments that students can take online through the StudentVUE web portal or mobile app. Assessment results are analyzed within the module as well, with interactive reports tailored to teachers, principals, and district administrators.
Mesa Public Schools Selects Edupoint Educational Systems to Implement Synergy Online Registration

Edupoint Educational Systems has been selected by Mesa Public Schools to implement the company's Synergy Online Registration solution.
