Malaysia – Bloomberg announced today that AFFIN Group has selected Bloomberg’s Sell-Side Order and Risk Management suite of solutions to optimize workflows, boost strategic decision-making and strengthen their regulatory reporting framework.

The integration of Bloomberg TOMS, a leading sell-side order management system, enables AFFIN Group to realize operational efficiencies that allow the firm to conduct real-time monitoring on positions, profit and loss (P&L) and risks on client portfolios. Bloomberg MARS, a leading risk management system, supports AFFIN Group to enhance limit monitoring processes and introduce pre-trade limit checks, while staying on top of evolving regulatory requirements including Islamic structured products. Together, TOMS and MARS will provide the firm with a comprehensive view of their treasury workflow.
