Sharply higher interest rates, lingering inflation, and concerns over an economic slowdown are affecting property markets and equity markets appear to be pricing in more pain to come in 2023. But what does the future hold? How will REITs perform if there is a recession? How will the ongoing economic uncertainty affect cap rates? Will property values fall, and if so, by how much? Will that unlock potential investments for well-capitalized REITs?

Nareit Executive Vice President of Research and Investor Outreach John Worth and a panel of leading portfolio managers and securities analysts will answer these questions and more during this insightful webinar.
