Eric Kane

Eric Kane is an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Analyst for Bloomberg Intelligence, a research platform that provides context on industries, companies, government, litigation and the economy, available on the Bloomberg Professional Services at BI. Mr. Kane’s research focuses on identifying and analyzing current and future trends, including climate change, resource scarcity, data security and linking performance to financial value. Mr. Kane also specializes in understanding ESG disclosure and how key metrics can be incorporated in traditional company analysis.
Prior to joining Bloomberg, Mr. Kane was the Health Care Sector Analyst at the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) and a Senior Analyst at Innovest Strategic Value Advisors. Mr. Kane holds a Master of Public Administration from NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and a degree in political science from Bates College.

Rob Du Boff is a senior analyst for Bloomberg Intelligence, focusing on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) research. He is a also a product manager for Bloomberg's recently released ESG Governance Scores.
He joined BI from JUST Capital, a non-profit that ranks the largest U.S. public companies on ESG priorities. Previously, he worked for over a decade on Wall Street as an equity research analyst, most recently as a senior oil & gas analyst at Oppenheimer & Co. He also worked at Millennium Partners and Merrill Lynch covering energy, basic resources, and retail.
Rob holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Chicago and an MBA in finance and accounting from NYU’s the Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Shaheen Contractor

Shaheen Contractor is an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Research Analyst for Bloomberg Intelligence, a platform that provides research on industries, companies, government, litigation and the economy, available on the Bloomberg Professional Services at BI. Her research efforts include analyzing the performance of ESG Indexes and funds, material ESG risks and opportunities, the impacts from a low carbon transition, and company performance on the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Mrs. Contractor has a Master of Science degree in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Symbiosis International University.

Gail Glazerman

Gail Glazerman, CFA, is an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) analyst for Bloomberg Intelligence focusing on ESG integration. Prior to joining Bloomberg she was a lead analyst covering resource transformation and renewable resources for the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB). Previously, she was an equity analyst at Roe Equity Research and executive director in UBS’s Investment Research Department, where she frequently collaborated with the ESG research team. Prior to working in equities, she was a municipal bond analyst. Ms Glazerman has global perspective and extensive industry knowledge. She is a CFA charterholder, and earned an MBA in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a BA in economics from Haverford College. In 2015 she was ranked #1 overall US stock picker by Reuters StarMine. In 2012, the Financial Times included her in its list of the top 10 US stock pickers.

Christopher Ratti

Christopher Ratti is an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) senior analyst for Bloomberg Intelligence, a research platform that provides context on industries, companies, government litigation and the economy. His research is focused on analyzing and identifying trends in the sustainable debt markets and linkages between ESG performance to credit markets. Chris has over two decades of experience in fixed income markets and prior to joining Bloomberg, he was a Senior Vice President on the Global Fixed Income team at Lazard Asset Management. He was focused on investment grade corporate research and trading and led the team efforts on ESG analysis for corporate bond holdings and sustainable debt. Chris holds a MBA in Finance from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business and a BS in Finance and Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Michelle Leung

Michelle Leung joins the Asia ESG research Team at Bloomberg specializing in climate related ESG strategies, data solutions and analysis for clients worldwide. Before that, she had over 15 years equity, industry and IPO research experience with Bloomberg and few other international and Chinese investment banks, covering various sectors including coal, materials and utilities in Asia. She has been an active speaker at global-scale coal and energy conferences. She was also the ranked analyst for institutional investor and Asiamoney, as well as one of the top three earnings estimators for Starmine. She is also a WiFA ESG committee member. She graduated from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
