Haendel joined Mizuho in February 2016 as a senior analyst based in New York, co-heading the REIT team. Prior to Mizuho, St. Juste was senior analyst and co-head of REITs & Homebuilders research at Morgan Stanley. Prior to that, he lead REIT research at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods and Green Street Advisors. Haendel spent four years in REIT investment banking. He received his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and his BA from Adelphi University.

Stephan Richford

Stephan Richford joined BMO Capital Markets in 2006 and leads the U.S. Real Estate Investment Banking business. He brings extensive experience across all real estate sectors working with public REITs, Non-Listed REITs, private equity sponsors and private real estate operators. He has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 1999 and worked on more than $100 billion in real estate advisory and capital markets transactions on behalf of public, institutional, and private clients. Stephan is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and earned his MBA from the University of Chicago. He is a member of NAREIT, the International Council of Shopping Centers, National Multi-Housing Council and the Pension Real Estate Association. He is a FINRA registered representative of BMO Capital Markets (Series 7, 24 and 63).

Lindsay Dutch is a REIT equity analyst for Bloomberg Intelligence specializing in the retail, industrial, self-storage and data center sub-sectors. Lindsay has been with Bloomberg for over 10 years, and a part of our research department, Bloomberg Intelligence, since 2010. Prior to specializing in REITs, she covered property and casualty insurance as well as transportation companies. She earned her CFA charter in 2011, and graduated cum laude from Lafayette College in 2007 with a bachelor’s of science in mathematics and a minor in economics.

Jeffrey Langbaum is a senior analyst for Bloomberg Intelligence, a real-time, interactive industry research platform available on the Bloomberg Professional service. Mr. Langbaum focuses on commercial and residential real estate trends and market performance, specializing in real estate investment trusts (REITs) which invest in commercial real estate focused on the multi-family residential, office, and health-care sectors. Prior to joining Bloomberg Intelligence in 2012, Mr. Langbaum covered the REIT market at Ladenburg Thalmann, WJB Capital Group, Barclays Capital and Bear Stearns. Mr. Langbaum earned a bachelor's of science degree in finance from the University of Maryland.
