Before joining Bloomberg, Breanne was in a Global Narratives and Thought Leadership role at BlackRock, where she leveraged her 15 years in commodities and equities research to articulate issues at the nexus of market and investment trends. Breanne's prior experience includes research leadership positions within the global energy groups of IHS Markit, Societe Generale and Wood Mackenzie. Breanne holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.

Gaurav Pendse is the Head of Equity Product Development for Bloomberg Indices focusing on breaking new ground in the equity indexing space. In this role, he leads the effort of devising innovative solutions particularly in the thematic and factor space that allow investors to gain access to unique offerings that complement their portfolios. Gaurav joined Bloomberg in 2021. Prior to that he spent 5 years at Nasdaq building thematic indices. Gaurav earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers Universe focusing on Finance, Applied Mathematics, and Computer Science. He has also received a Master of Science degree in Operations Research from Columbia University.
