Fed's Kaplan: Politics 'Screened Out' at Meetings

Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas President Robert Kaplan said the central bank "works hard" to remove politics from decision-making. "One of the great strengths of this country is an independent central bank," Kaplan said in an interview with Bloomberg Economics Editor Michael McKee in Mexico City.
