TransCanada Falls on Report U.S. Will Reject Keystone XL

TransCanada Corp. shares fell as much as 4.6 percent after the Wall Street Journal reported that the Obama administration will reject the Keystone XL pipeline project.

President Barack Obama is scheduled to deliver a statement with Secretary of State John Kerry and Vice President Joe Biden at 11:45 a.m. Washington time.
