Paul Calls on Clinton to Join Push to Defund Planned Parenthood

Republican presidential candidate Rand Paul urges Democratic White House contender Hillary Clinton to back a bill to defund Planned Parenthood after she called video of group’s officials discussing fetal tissue sale “disturbing.”
