Rubio Sought Student Loan Leniency for Now-Shuttered Corinthian

Sen. Marco Rubio wrote letter to Education Dept in 2014 asking agency to “demonstrate leniency” to Corinthian Colleges by allowing the for-profit co. to keep accessing federal financial aid while cooperating with a federal investigation, Bloomberg’s Sahil Kapur reports.
