Bloomberg L.P. provides certain hosting services to users within the European Union, and is committed to ensuring compliance with the Digital Services Act (DSA).<\/p>\n

Point of Contact for European Commission and Member State Authorities<\/h2>\n

Bloomberg L.P. has designated our DSA Compliance Team, contactable at DSA_Report@bloomberg.net<\/a>, as the single point of contact for direct communications with the European Commission, EU Member States\u2019 authorities and the European Board for Digital Services regarding the application of the DSA.<\/p>\n

English is the preferred language for communication with this point of contact.<\/p>\n

Point of Contact for Users<\/h2>\n

Bloomberg L.P. has designated our DSA Compliance Team, contactable at DSA_Report@bloomberg.net<\/a>, as the single point of contact for users to reach us about DSA matters. Any user can contact our DSA Compliance Team to report the presence of content hosted on any Bloomberg service that they consider illegal.<\/p>\n

How to Notify Us About Illegal Content<\/h2>\n

If you come across content we host that you believe is illegal, please notify us by emailing DSA_Report@bloomberg.net<\/a> or completing and submitting the DSA notice form<\/a>.<\/p>\n
