Processing of your personal information
The categories of personal information that Bloomberg, or where relevant a designated service provider, collects and processes include the following:
Personal information provided by you or your employer
- Account Information: When you enroll for the Service, or in connection with account management, we may collect and/or process identifiers such as your name, email address, postal address, billing information, password or other unique personal identifiers. We may also process professional, industry, or employment-related information.
- Communications: When you use email, instant message, or other communication functionalities to send or receive information (including applicable audio and video information) via the Service, we process information that may include transcripts or identifiers for senders and recipients such as names and email addresses. - Your Communications with Us: If you submit a request for help (for example, through ADSK or other support functionality), use our support services or otherwise contact us to request information or support, we may also process personal information about you, including your name and transcripts.

Personal information collected automatically
- Device Information: We may process information relating to the hardware, software and network configuration of the device(s) you use to access the Service.
- Usage Information: When you use the Service, we may process internet or other electronic network activity information, including, but not limited to, usage or browsing history, search history and queries, preferences, and other information and metadata (including in relation to Communications) in connection with interactions with the Service.

Certain information collected through the Service, including your account log-in and password, may constitute “sensitive personal information” as that term is defined by the California privacy law. However, Bloomberg only uses such information to provide and facilitate the Service or as otherwise permitted under California privacy law.
The California privacy law’s definition of “sale” and “share” is broad and may include sharing practices that are typical amongst organizations. However, Bloomberg does not “sell” personal information covered by this Privacy Notice, nor do we “share” such personal information as that term is defined under California law.
