Bloomberg L.P. has designated our DSA Compliance Team, contactable at DSA_Report@bloomberg.net, as the single point of contact for users to reach us about DSA matters. Any user can contact our DSA Compliance Team to report the presence of content hosted on any Bloomberg service that they consider illegal.

How to Notify Us About Illegal Content

If you come across content we host that you believe is illegal, please notify us by emailing DSA_Report@bloomberg.net or completing and submitting the DSA notice form.

Your report should include the following information to enable us to assess your notice:

  • A clear explanation of why you consider the content illegal under applicable EU or Member State law.
  • A content identifier for the material in question (such as a MSG ID, NOTE ID or a screenshot) that allows Bloomberg to locate the content you believe is illegal.
  • Your full name and email address. These details enable us to update you on steps taken in response to your notice.
  • Confirmation that you believe the information in the notice is accurate and complete.
  • If you are acting on behalf of another person or organization, proof of authorization to submit the report.

If the information you provide is not sufficiently precise and substantiated it will be difficult for us to assess it.

Next steps

Once we receive your notice, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt in writing to you.
  • Review the content and determine appropriate actions in accordance with applicable laws and our Terms of Service.
  • Notify you of our decision, including an explanation if we choose not to remove or restrict access to the content.

User and Content Provider Rights

If we remove from our hosting service(s) or restrict access to any content you have provided, you will receive a statement of reasons setting out:

  • The legal or policy basis for the action we took.
  • The options available to dispute or appeal the decision, including access to Bloomberg’s internal complaint-handling system (available to users established or residing in the EU).

Annual Transparency Report

In compliance with the DSA, Bloomberg L.P. publishes an annual transparency report outlining:
