Vets Courts Evolved from Buffalo Case, Stiner Says

Nov. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Matt Stiner, director of Justice for Vets, explains the foundation of U.S. treatment courts that handle some crimes committed by military veterans. After more than a decade of war in two theaters, 120 veterans courts now operate in 35 states with 100 more in the planning stages, according to Justice for Vets. (Source: Bloomberg)
