DNA Tests May Aid Baby Health Diagnoses, Chung Says

Nov. 12 (Bloomberg) -- Wendy Chung, a geneticist at Columbia University, talks about genetic sequencing technology and illness diagnoses. Babies with unexplained conditions should have their DNA sequenced using faster, cheaper genetic sequencing that is revolutionizing diagnosis, doctors at the annual meeting of the American Society of Human Genetics in San Francisco said this week.
