Nov. 9 (Bloomberg) -- New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Brad Gair, director of housing-recovery operations, speak at a news conference about the latest developments in the city's recovery from Hurricane Sandy and the introduction of the "New York City Rapid Repairs" program aimed at helping displaced residents get back into their damaged homes as soon as possible.
