Achleitner Maneuvers to Prevent Split of Bank Units

Sept. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Paul Achleitner, Deutsche Bank AG's supervisory board chairman, is a leader in the battle against European Commission regulators and German politicians who want banks to separate their securities units from their commercial banking arms to protect taxpayers from another round of bailouts.
