Hutchison Acquires Telefonica Ireland in $1.1B Deal

June 24 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Caroline Hyde reports that Billionaire Li Ka-shing’s Hutchison Whampoa has agreed to a deal for as much as $1.1 billion to purchase Telefonica SA’s Irish unit. She speaks on Bloomberg Television's "On The Move."
