March 11 (Bloomberg) -- Astra Augustus talks about her medical expenses and the difficulties she's encountered paying her medical bills after undergoing four urinary and kidney stone related surgeries at Virtua Memorial Hospital in Mount Holly, New Jersey. The Willingboro, New Jersey resident was initially admitted to Virtua's emergency room in October 2011 when she was 64 and had no private health insurance and wasn't eligible for Medicare or Medicaid.
