July 2 (Bloomberg) -- Russell Coutts, the New Zealand-born chief executive officer of Oracle Team USA, talks about measures taken to make the Louis Vuitton Cup and America's Cup both safer and exciting for viewers and the outlook for the competition on San Francisco Bay. Oracle Team USA will defend the America's Cup starting on Sept. 7.
