Feb. 21 (Bloomberg) -- White House Press Secretary Jay Carney speaks about a peace accord signed by Ukrainian opposition leaders and President Viktor Yanukovych to halt a deadly three-month political crisis. Carney, speaking at the daily White House news conference, also discusses U.S. President Barack Obama's plans to call Russian President Vladimir Putin to discuss violence in Ukraine and Obama's meeting with the Dalai Lama.
