Falcone Faces SEC Court Showdown on Client Funds

June 27 (Bloomberg) -- In today's "Movers & Shakers," Bloomberg's Deirdre Bolton reports that billionaire hedge-fund manager Philip Falcone now faces a showdown in court with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Falcone may be may be sued by the regulator as soon as this week over claims he improperly borrowed client money to pay his taxes, according to two people familiar with the matter. She speaks on Bloomberg Television's "In The Loop."
