Stocks Drop Before Finance Ministers Meet on Crisis
European stocks dropped before a meeting of the region’s finance ministers in Luxembourg and as the International Monetary Fund cut its global growth forecasts. U.S. index futures were little changed, while Asian shares excluding Japan rose.
