BOE Rejects Asset Purchase Expansion in 6-3 Vote

March 20 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg Markets Editor Manus Cranny reports that Bank of England Governor Mervyn King was defeated for a second month on expanding stimulus as the majority of policy makers rejected more bond purchases in a 6-3 vote to keep the target for purchases at $566 billion.
