June 19 (Bloomberg) -- U.K. Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne speaks about the country's economy, fiscal and monetary policy, the outlook for a possible sale by the government of its shares in Lloyds Banking Group Plc and the eventual privatization of Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc.
