Nov. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Peter Orszag, vice chairman of corporate and investment banking at Citigroup Inc. and former director of the Office of Management and Budget, talks about today's meeting between President Barack Obama and House Speaker John Boehner and the outlook for resolution of the so-called U.S. fiscal cliff.
