Consumer Confidence Erases 2012 Gain on Payroll Tax
Jan. 29 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Michael Mckee reports that confidence among U.S. consumers declined more than forecast in January, reaching 58.6, the lowest level in more than a year as higher payroll taxes took a bigger bite out of Americans’ paychecks.
