April 22 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Cristina Alesci reports that walking away from the proposed Dell buyout could cost Silver lake as much as $750 million. The rule was revealed as Blackstone backed away from its counteroffer for the computer-maker last week. She speaks on Bloomberg Television's "In The Loop."
