Feb. 6 (Bloomberg) -- The U.S. Postal Service plans to ask Congress for permission to end Saturday mail deliveries beginning as soon as August to cut financial losses, according to a spokeswoman for the service. Megan Hughes reports on Bloomberg Television's "In The Loop." (Source: Bloomberg)
