Iran Nuclear Talks Adjourn as Oil Exports Decline

Feb. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Jon ferro reports that world powers and Iran ended two-days of talks over the country's disputed nuclear program without an announcement on a proposal to ease some sanctions if it curbs its atomic activities. Iran's oil exports to Japan and China have fallen nearly in half in the last year. He speaks on Bloomberg Television's "On The Move."
