Feb. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Dan Liefgreen reports that Finmeccanica SpA promoted Alessandro Pansa to chief executive officer, succeeding Giuseppe Orsi who was arrested this week on charges of corruption and tax fraud. He speaks on Bloomberg Television's "The Pulse."
