Wolseley Plans to Pay Investors a Bonus Dividend

Wolseley Plc rose as much as 2.9 percent after the world’s largest distributor of plumbing and heating products said it plans to pay out 350 million pounds ($565 million) as a special dividend, doling out proceeds from asset sales.
