U.S. Navy Base Turned Ghost Town Open for Ideas

June 23 (Bloomberg) –- For over 60 years, the U.S. Navy Southern Command was located at an airbase in Puerto Rico known as Roosevelt Roads. But in 2004 the Navy moved out, costing the island thousands of jobs and millions in revenue. The site has sat mostly idle for a decade -- but now the redevelopment of Roosevelt Roads seems finally poised to get off the ground. Bloomberg's Stephanie Ruhle reports.
