Sept. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Deirdre Bolton reports that Apple Inc. Chief Executive Officer Tim Cook said he’s “extremely sorry” for the frustration that the company’s maps feature for the iPhone 5 has caused customers. She speaks on Bloomberg television's "In The Loop."
