July 19 (Bloomberg) -- In "Top Headlines," Bloomberg's Sara Eisen reports on today's top stories including Deutsche Bank may cut up to 1,000 jobs outside of Germany, a new poll has the race for the White House as a dead heat between President Barack Obama and Republican candidate Mitt Romney and AMC's "Mad Men" leads Emmy contenders with 17 nominations.
