Chris Rupkey on Fed Policy, Consumer Price Index

Sept. 17 (Bloomberg) -- Chris Rupkey, chief financial economist at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, talks about the August consumer-price index, released today and the outlook for Federal Reserve policy. The consumer-price index increased 0.1 percent, the least in three months, after a 0.2 percent gain in July, Labor Department figures showed today in Washington. (Source: Bloomberg)
